Meanwhile, food truck enthusiasts can head over to the Electric City Trucks, Taps, Corks, & Forks event at the Via Port Rotterdam Mall from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. This vibrant gathering features a variety of food trucks offering a diverse selection of cuisines, complemented by craft beer and local wines.

Not to be missed, the 14th Annual Mac-n-Cheese Bowl on Remsen Street in Cohoes runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with proceeds supporting the Regional Foodbank. Attendees can indulge in creamy, cheesy goodness while helping to combat hunger in the community.
